Run Amok: Inspired by travels in South East Asia, this sauce opens with a mild fresh heat and finishes with palate cleansing ginger and mint. Excellent on curries, or as a dip. Heat rating 2 out of 5.
Our taster saidSmells very fresh and herbal. Mint in particular. Mildish heat level, a pleasant and light flavour which is sweet, minty and fresh. Would go GREAT with Lamb: especially lamb curries, BBQ or kebabs!
